If there was a way for the Canucks to lose where I still feel happy about it, this is the way.

I've always liked Bobby Ryan but that sort of performance is a different level of special. What a moment. I'm so happy for him.

Really. I didn't think that Demko looked very good for a second game-in-a-row, which I would have expected to make Canucks fans quite anxious.

After a crappy finish to the Flames game that made my night. Way more important than a lost point

I was referring to Bobby Ryan getting a hat trick on his first game back home from addiction treatment.

Kubalik got a Hat Trick in Tampa...He's got to be in the ROY conversation, but, I don't think he gets enough press on the coasts.

The same question can be asked this way after the Senators win. Could the Canucks miss the playoffs? That would also be amazing. Imagine if both teams didn't make it?

He will get consideration, but, you're right about the lack of press.

Final scores

https://scores.nbcsports.com/nhl/sco...p?day=20200227

The good: Canucks and Stars lost in reg time
The bad: The Flames only get 1 point and the Predators get the OT win
The ugly: Jets, Wild, Bhawks, and Leafs all won in reg time

He is a distant third in the calder trophy consideration behind Makar and Hughes.

It's always nice when NHL players actually have personalities.

It's even better when the players have great personality. Good for him.
