Pretty predictable deadline moves. Give up some of your future success for a small improvement on your chances to make the playoffs this year. Team is not a Stanley cup contender so it made no sense to to give up big assets. Potentially slightly hurts the franchise in the future but could help them get into the playoffs this year.

I have stated before, Gustafsson is horrific at playing defense. I liken his style to Phil Housely, 4th forward, late backcheck. more on this later.
