I seem to be doing it the exact same way, and for some reason shooting blanks!

A win is a win, and I will take it any day. Back in the race. They have to stay ahead of Nashville, Minnesota and Winnipeg. Arizona looks like they are flailing away.
Don't think this win (or even if they lost tonight) will have much effect on what Treliving decides to do in the next 18 hours or so anyway, so glad they got the win.

Well, every team needs some good luck to help with a win at least once in a while. Good thing the Flames had some tonight.

Powerplay was god awful tonight. Matthew Tkachuk looks completely lost now, which is concerning. Thought Monahan, Johnny, Mangi and Hanifin had quality games. Good bounce back game from BSD too.

A win is always good, but they played much better in their loss to the Bruins than in their win tonight.

Johnny really struggled on PP. ....over handles it a lot.

IDK it's always impressive beating a team with an NHL goalie in the net for the entire game

Agreed, the entire first unit looks lost on the man advantage. Liked Johnny's 5on5 game tonight though, especially in the first period.

Not with a historically dreadful team that's even slightly more dreadful in their own zone than the Leafs and were throwing up multiple pizzas into the slot for good scoring chances like Daley, Biega and Nemeth in particular were doing for the Dead Wings.
