If Hrudey is not avail the next best choice in the Alberta region is Debrusk. I actually like Louie in this role. It’s Randorf who is brutal.

Louie is fine when Edmonton isn't in the game.
Randorf might be good, but my hate for him clouds my judgement (although I suspect he is actually really not great).

not just for the Flames, but every team.
Luckily Bennett was dialed in that period to offset what was probably the inevitable. Now they can get their legs under them perhaps.

Not a great period by the Flames, but we're tied, so no biggie. Let's hope they're much more awake for the 2nd than they were in the 1st. Some really boneheaded defensive mistakes in that period.
