Eric Francis should not be commenting on in game tactics or ebb and flow or effort etc, of what’s going on the ice and then making some weak analysis that is based more on opinion than anything.

He’s got as much practical experience about hockey on the ice itself as any of us that play beer league.

Stick as an “insider” such as he is.

I thought they had a great start to the 2nd. That sequence after they scored was bad. I would love the refs to at least start calling the tackles away from the puck. Looks like 90s hockey out there, which benefits LA.

I can never understand that, why just warn? Give him the penalty for roughing. In the case of Backlund taking it, is it a Swede thing? I mean, remembering D Sedin taking it from Marchand back in that SC final.
