The turtle is please with the slick between the legs goal from his favorite player tonight. Also, Loooooch is a beast. Another 2 HUGE FRICKIN POINTS in the bank en route to 96. Keep it up boys!

Didn't get to watch the game, how did they look? Specifically Hanifin-Andersson
Like Duncan Keith and Brent Seabrook in their prime

Brodie - Stone were also solid, although not optimal (optimal would be Kylington - Brodie). Still, Stone had some worthy moments. Still think Brodie is wasted on the left.

Kylington - Davidson were also strong. Had some real moments throughout.

This is what happens when you have an aggressive, mobile top 4 defense that can close out efficiently instead of backing off and letting the opponent dictate things. And that's still with Stone in, when he's not the guy who should be there.

Great win and lots of positive the last two games.

Having said that, astone is awful. His first pass is just a grenade, giveaway, or icing. He left Brodie hanging so many times with just awful passes. I know there's injuries, but jeeeeez it's hard to watch.

Loved the way Ras played. Seems to me that the D are engaging in the offensive zone cycle a lot more over the past two games. It sure makes for a more exciting brand of hockey and we can't argue with recent results. I have always thought they were too conservative, top teams have a relentless attack

I think I'd like to see Davidson-Yelesin against the Kings.

Game Takes: Flames 6 Sharks 2

- Bottom six shine
- Lucic with three points
- Andersson and Hanifin huge
- back to back 4 goal wins rectify the goal diff to some point

Has there been any update on Hamonic? I'd like to see him return soon, maybe we could gradually work him back in on the 3rd pairing with Kylington.

Unbelievable as it may seem, not all posters are as bedazzled by immodestly dressed women as some here seem to be. Some of these posters are attempting to participate in this thread while at work. Others are doing so in the presence of spouses and young kids. It is a fraction of an inconvenience for you to add the tags as we have requested in an effort to ensure that everyone who chooses to be here is comfortable and enjoys her- or himself.

Very reasonable approach, thanks for that.

Problem is when Hamonic is back he will be put back in on 3rd line. He earns too much for that role

Hamonic was placed on IR and returned to Calgary. He will not be playing this week.

Lucic has 6 goals and 12 points in his last 28 games, which I'm being told is pretty good.

Was that Mike Ricci on the bench? He looks just like the bellhop from Hot Tub Time Machine. Ricci's Ugly a 2004 classic.

Was 10 rows up behind the net on the Tkachuk goal. SJ crowd was buzzing about it for a solid 15 min after. Lucic was an absolute force all night. I've been coming to Flames games here 13 years and have only seen a handful of victories in that time. This one felt good, man.

It’s a chemistry thing too.

They just generate so many slick passing plays out there together.

Illogical. He will earn just as much regardless of which pairing he plays on. As will Andersson. The only logical approach is to use the combinations that work best regardless of salary.

Not to say that this is what Ward will do.
