That’s harsh on Hamonic tonight. Before he left he was great.

Basic effort is pretty cool, need to see Lucic in full seek and destroy mode down the stretch, what a difference it makes. Rasmus was the best Flame tonight, his compete level was awesome.

Thats one of the best games the Flames have played in awhile. I only saw the last twonperiods but thats as good as they have looked in the 2020 year so far.

Burkie hit the nail on the head. Chucky set the tone with his early fight and the team played with emotion. Amazing the difference that makes.

Great win!!

Also Rittich was great tonight. Every great chance the Canucks got felt like nothing was getting through him tonight. 2nd goal shouldn't even count as a full goal. Flames won 6-1.5.

After the Flames couldn’t get that fourth goal in the second period, I admit I was terrified to turn the game on for the third period. When I finally did I was happy to see it was 4-2 and then Monahan made it 5-2 right after that.

No lengthy analysis about what went right or predictions about whether it will continue. Just enjoy it CP!!!

The way his teammates did tonight.
Whatever man.

All I want is for our two best right side D (Brodie/Andersson) to play in the top four so that we don't get blitzed on that side by every average skating team. And for that to happen we need to create an opportunity for it because the coaches are not brave enough to create it themselves.

If Hamonic can return and help this team in a limited bottom pair role alternating with Stone later in the season, cool. But forcing him on the top pair just because he "plays hard" was not working at all.

Spoiler!

Great game, thank god the Flames won!!

Lucic has redeemed himself since the 0iler game. Fights, punching ppl, scoring. I thought he got a lot of over-the-top flack for what happened in Edmonton last week. But he's really responded since then. He's back in the good books.

Good for Dubes. Nice to see him set a career high. Overall good defence, good offence tonight.

This was a good game to build on. Tonight the Flames looked like a skilled team tonight making plays. It's been challenging all season to maintain that consistency. I thought it was a smart move by Ward to put back the big line together. If by some miracle that trio can find their groove again that bodes well for everyone.

Strangely I don't hate these canucks as much. They are a skilled team and fun to watch. It helps when you have a goalie like Markstrom. Even though he let in 5, I thought he actually held them in it for most of the game. Didn't feel like a 6-2 game.

Good game by Brodie, stepped up big to take the #1 spot. For gods sake keep him, the team will miss him dearly if he departs. Also nice to see flames finally target a star player on opposing team. Tough night for Pettersen who took a lot of abuse all night.

Tkachuk was a monster, maybe one his best games of season. I am drunk and will sleep well tonight.

So refreshing to see a post-game show actually discussing the Flames for once.

He was absolutely critical in the early penalty kills. I don't know if the Flames win this game without his contributions early when the game was still tight.
