I'm just happy we haven't had to hear about Connor McDavid or the Leafs yet.

EDIT: Nevermind, that didn't last long.

I'm liking the defense activation. With Brodie, Hanifin and Kylington this should be a staple

Am I taking crazy pills? A highlight package of “dirty” “penalties” not called on the Flames...looked like 3 dives and 2 average cross checks?

Yeah they've shown the Backlund "slew" 3-4 times already. It's gross.

I didn't think it was that. They didn't say that any of them should be penalties, they were talking about how Pettersson is playing hurt and still getting beat up a lot.

Mcjesus almost injures himself again. Same thing he did with gio, and when he hurt his collarbone it whatever it was. His only move is to go full force into the net area.

Funniest is a while ago showing two Canucks "sandwiching" a flames player, which were two Canuck cross checks.

Been a good game so far and the whistle has been put away both sides for the most part. Hopefully the refs dont ruin it in the 3rd.

2 things.

1. In a tightly contested game, with game management all but confirmed, penalties should not be lopsided at all.

2. What's old is new again. Could be just coincidence that the flames have engaged desperation, but old lines being reunited looks to be a positive step.

He's super fast, and wreckless with it. It's going to end his career one day....

That and the fact the Oilers play him way too many minutes every game. I guess that is your only play when you only have two good players.

Yup. Virtanen hurt himself as he and Fantenberg I think both crosschecked Dube from either side.

I thought people were just complaining the media talking about McDavid on our broadcast, and here, someone talking about McDavid in our Game Threat.
I don't think anyone care about that in this thread.
