Flames need to sell and then let Brad pick a new coach and spend some money on July 1st.

This team has no chance to win a cup this year. As much as it pains me say again, I'd bet on the Nucks and Oilers over the Flames to win.

Both the Coilers and the Nucks have zero chance of winning the Cup also...

I'm not going to pretend to know what this team needs to figure its problems out. We've "rebuilt" our players, had a carousel of coaches and had unpredictable years of playoffs/no playoffs. Something stinks.

The team needs a coach who’s won in this league so they can follow his lead and trust that his methods are proven. It’s not the total answer but it adds the accountability thst the roster needs forced on them it seems.
They also need about 25 more even strength goals

Well, Backlund has 3 years of Tkachuk too.
But the warning signs have been there for years. He’s a perimeter player at best and gets by with some smarts and good positioning.

Look at how quickly the Canucks have collected NHL talent over just a few years.

I'd love to have several picks in the first two rounds of this deep draft and rebuild the foundation of the team with Tkachuk, Lindholm, Rasmus and Juuso tying us over till then.

Sharks may outshoot the Flames this game despite the first period.

Why juggle lines when you are generating all the offence?

Mangiapane-Backlund-Tkachuk proceed to get scored on twice in a row right after the line shuffle.

Oh my..............

That Lindy play says it all. Down by two, prime scoring area, pass it away.

Good grief.

This team is so averse to slap shots. They've passed up like four slappers tonight for no real reason

I'm finding myself actually hating this year's iteration of the team given how they've played so far below their capability.

This effort as well as saturday and many other important nights has been a massive FU to the loyal fans.

The roster is fine, it is the coaching that is abysmal. There is literally zero system. I have had enough of the Ward experiment. He is a nice guy but he is not a head coach. Treliving needs to get his head out of his ass and get us a real coach already.

The Canucks have drafted well. I'm just praying to the Lord they didn't take Tkachuk when given the chance. Imagine if they had?
