I don't think i've written bathrooms, so many times in a row before.

Also, tried to hammer home the point that designated smoking areas would be nice.

Ugh - have you ever been a place where they have designated smoking areas (some Euro airports for example). They are foul.

Why would anyone want to waste space on designated smoking areas these days?

Give people more incentive to stop by not providing anything.

No cowboy theme for arena, no sandstone for the arena and more choices for food and drink outside the arena. Some nice local food companies would be good, but you also need to have the big chains as just as many people like that.

If you don't smoke, there's no need to go there. If you do smoke, you're already foul, so you won't notice.

Then they'll just smoke in the washrooms (like they do since the Saddledome stopped allowing people to re-enter during events), which is much worse.

I would reserve the building's name for something befitting the Glory of Magnificent Flames.

Perhaps the E=NG warnings can go near area dumpsters and sewer facilities?

This can't be stated enough: A bar that overlooks the ice, going all the way around the rink.

Is there really a chance its anything more than a large lower bowl with a club section, 2-3 levels of luxury seats, and a small upper bowl?

If I had the Capital I would 1000% open a pub with the E=NG name close to new arena.

You'll have to fight "Milestones" and about 6 Craft Brewery restaurants for retail space...
