No. Kassian deserves to be ignored because he is an irrelevant buffoon.
Win the game by exploiting his lack of hockey skills and his idiocy.

Lucic has been very quite lately. 8 shots in the nine January games so far.
This would be a good game for him to have a presence, both physically and in helping keep the puck in the Oilers end.

It takes all of 30 seconds to slap the living piss out of him at center ice in front of Coiler Central.
The rest of the game can be dedicated to doing the same thing to the rest of the team on the scoreboard.

Doing so requires engaging him. Why even give him or Edmonton the satisfaction of believing that the Flames should even give the Kaveman a second thought?

I would sit EatBread to be honest.
My opinion but maybe it would light a fire underneath him. Dube has not been doing much with the limited time he has been getting but EatBread plays with legit players and should be doing more with his ice time.

Honestly, if he's not going to hold his old teammates accountable, then what is the point of him even being in the lineup?
If Kassian can ragdoll Tkachuk without an answer, then what's the point of having Lucic in the line up?
I'm not saying go out and mug him and take a penalty. But he should at least pair up next to him on a faceoff and tell Kassian "You don't touch Tkachuk, or you fight me, and if you don't fight me, i'm going to ragdoll Connor around, it's your choice".

It was pretty interesting that Lucic got icetime in the 4 on 3 to end the St. Louis game.
Yeah net front presence yadda yadda. In a 4 on 3 you need 4 players who can handle the puck with confidence and ideally be threats to shoot.

I want to see multiple fights and huge hits. That is all.
May the best team win.

I'd rather toss him on the Tkachuk-Lindholm line and bump Mangiapane down to the bottom 6.
With Robinson in do we need Rinaldo tonight?

I hate to say this, but Tkachuk's line will need/want a deterrent of some sort. Dube isn't that.
To answer the second question, yes I think Rinaldo should be in.

I have three hopes for this game
1) No one gets hurt
2) Flames win
3) It is an entertaining game
In a perfect world we will get all three, but I would be happy with the 1st and 2nd being true.

Just want to win, but I just hope Tkachuk finishes his checks as usual and the Flames don't get caught up in a scrappy game (although if we did, we should win anyways).
Same lineup as last night, add in BSD and it works for me.
