I'm sure you're enjoying this top four "chase" Locke, but yeah it ain't entertaining. The fair thing for UEFA would be to take the spot away, none of Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs or United deserve it, they all stink. 60 points is looking very likely for UCL.

Yeah, I really dont care all that much due to the nature of the teams involved.

That being said, based on the outcome of today's results it could be interesting, I really want to see Wolves and Sheffield sneak in and grab them.

I anticipated a carbon-copy of last season with City and Liverpool going head to head, remember when people were concerned because Liverpool did nothing in the Transfer window to shore up their back 4?

Matip was excellent until injury and Gomez has stepped in and looks like a top caliber CB and even Lovren was only giving up one goal a game in his limited minutes.

But City didnt do anything to shore up theirs either and its costing them. Further, it also shows that without purchases City have no depth. Theres no one in the Academy who could step in and step up in case of injuries. Laporte went down and they basically called it a day.

I was reading some reviews and my favourite reference to the 'Top 4 Chase' was "less of a chase and more of an undignified scramble."

As good as this season has been for Liverpool fans, likely having double the points of United after 24 matches is the cherry on top of the sundae.

There's still silver lining to this season if that happens!

I don't think 60 points is actually enough. Chelsea already has 40 and aren't there 42 left to play for? It's not going to be an amazing tally to get there, but 60 seems pretty light.

We really need those 3 points today that you stole a couple weeks back, and then CL is right there...

'Stole' is such a vulgar term, more like 'Dubiously Appropriated.'

Today though....today there might be some thievery...

Not looking forward to Wolves at Molineux.

You’re right not to look forward to it. Wolves aren’t where they are by accident and they are consistently albeit gradually getting better all the time.

I’d love to see them make the top 4.

They are a pretty good team, I've enjoyed watching them this season.

I would also love to see them make Top 4. A spot may have just recently opened up as well with Vardy going down to injury yesterday.

I'd rather Spurs make top four, but I'd love to see them beat Liverpool. To me, Liverpool just isn't that good. I know that the table doesn't lie and I do think that, but I think that the gap between them and everyone else is closer than what it's showing at this point.

You sir are objectively and conclusively incorrect.

I mean you can say Liverpool are overrated maybe, but to say they aren't that good is a bit dumb. No they aren't annihilating teams like Man City did in 2017/18, but they are doing something arguably more demoralizing which is slowly choking teams out.

And whats more impressive personally, is just finding ways to win.

City were the Blitzkrieg, they'd just come at you so fast in waves and overwhelm, but Liverpool have been winning games in so many different ways which to me has been more important.

Worth noting after that Wolves equalizer that they've won more than half of their points from trailing positions, which is mighty impressive.

Kind of goes back to what I was saying before about Liverpool, Wolves are resilient, they're always in the game and they find ways.

Espirito es grandes visa Nuno....that man's beard game is consistently on point.

Also....putzing about with the ball in front of your own goal is going to be my early grave.

Reigning European champions, 40 games unbeaten and 21 wins in the last 22.

You couldn’t possibly be more wrong.
