I mean it’s truly remarkable the Titans won these two games barely needing the forward pass. If they win the Super Bowl does Henry get $20 million a season?

Ravens just did not look sharp from the start. It does look like those two weeks off stopped their momentum. Its pretty shocking. Good job by the Titans.

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer bag of hot air in Thomas. Vowing to be in the Super Bowl earlier in the season, and to then more recent, to have no problem in stopping Henry this week.

That has to be a record for most rushing yards without a TD, no? At least in a playoff game?

EDIT: Apparently in a playoff game yes; in all games no (Barry Sanders rushed for 237 with no TDs one time because the Lions).

I didn't see the game but it's crazy that Jackson created over 500 yards of offense and they could only score 12 points

A lot of garbage/prevent yards really. Three turnovers and two failures on fourth and one sneaks.

We have seen a lot of running QB's have success in the regular season over the years but the teams with pocket passers usually take home the ultimate prize. Jackson had a great season but he needs to improve as a passer as in the playoffs teams will zero in on what you do best and take that away. He looked uncomfortable all game in the pocket throwing ducks all over the field.

Come this time of year you need to make those sideline throws and that is clearly a weakness for Lamar Jackson. Granted the receivers and backs for the Ravens also were off their games last night too. Alex Smith is no Lamar Jackson, but the limited arm strength that only lets you throw in the middle of the field resulted in a lot of close losses for KC and even that NFC Title loss to the Giants. Arm strength really isn't something that can be taught though.

I kinda laughed when i saw the quote where Lamar Jackson said he wanted to be this generations Tom Brady.

He does throw the ball about as well as Brady, the 42 year old one not the 25 year old one.

Lol Jesus Christ Browns. I wish this were like soccer where they could get relegated to the CFL.

Yeah i watched the Ravens closely only a couple times this year and clearly was blinded by Jacksons running ability and his decision making. Two things he really has down pat.

However, I never noticed how many "flutterballs" he throws when it comes to much over 25 yards.

He needs to works on his mechanics if he wants to take that next step because if he continues to throw like he did yesterday, he will become an INT machine.

He is still a really impressive athlete and fun to watch when he runs the ball, but "elite QB" is not where he is at....yet.

Lamar definitely needs to improve throwing the ball, but thinking about it more yesterday was more of a case where the Titans converted all of their high leverage plays and the Ravens failed most of theirs. Titans had TDs on three third and goals, none from the one yard line and one from the 15. On another day that might be two FGs and a TD and all of a sudden it's a different game. Kinda reminded me of when the Giants beat the Packers in 2011. But that's what is what makes the NFL playoffs the best, no regrouping for the next game of the series, execute well or go home.
