"8th seed" by standings...they had and have one of the best rosters in the NHL. They were only the 8th seed because they had #### goal tending and injures in the first half last year. Couple breaks and the Avs could have been in the finals.
Flames didn't play up to their standard but the Avs were a ridiculously good 8th seed...proving it this season

Oliver Kylington is still having a strong game tonight. I wish he would carry the puck more out of our zone. Its fair to defer to his his partner Andersson but his skating could push players back.

Very good to see a Flames goal where Johnny and Monahan skated the whole length of the ice together. One question though - Rasmus chips it from behind the goal line to Monny who passes to Johnny who passes back to Monny who gets it back to Johnny who scores from the slot. Is Rasmus really supposed to get credited with an assist on that?
