The Panthers are just destroying Vancouver after two periods. The Canucks look like they have given up.

Canucks are garbage. They'll be out of playoff hunt by mid-February.

Absolutely horrible penalty call against Montreal leads to a pp goal for the Oilers. What else is new?

Then the Ol’ centering pass goes off a bunch of skates into the net. 3-2 stink.

5-1 Panthers now.

You're welcome.

Sportsnet One along with the East and Ontario channels have the Sabres-Blues game, St. Louis leads 2-1. Eichel has the Sabres goal.

NBCSN has the Predators-Blackhawks game, Nashville leads 3-0.

The ten game Thursday OOT's best game so far has the Bruins leading 5-4 over the Jets. The Bruins were down a goal, but, scored twice in 23 seconds to take the lead with six minutes left in regulation time. Pastrnak has a hat trick. Game is on Centre Ice and TVA Sports in French.

We'll just have to lay another beat down on these PDO darlings on the weekend.

Add that to a young Tony DeAngelo tonight. DeAngelo has 3G, 2A, plus3, 7SOG so far in this game. That’s an amazing game for a young Dman!

Yup. What an artocious call. That happens 3 or 4 times a game to Johnny with no call. But McLoser raises his arms and there's the call.

McDavid is becoming really unlikable to me, he embellishes everything and whines and cries to the refs way to much.

I genuinely do hope the Oilers make the playoffs, and that the Flames do too, and they link up.

Would be fun to have a playoff BOA for the first time in forever.

They've been #### for so long that I really don't care for that franchise at all. I don't know how some of you guys have the energy still to keep talking about how bad the Oilers are each day. But if they were at least good enough to make playoffs again, it'll be fun to cheer against them like old times since they'll be an actual threat then. (At least for the playoffs)

Yeah. I saw the error of my ways on the replay. At first glance it sure looked dubious. Didn’t want to change it because the point still stands. That team is as lucky as they come. And the higher they climb the harder they’ll fall.

I'd rather see their McTantrum for the McPowerPlay strategy fail them down the stretch and be exposed (for the second time this season) as the steaming pile of #### that everybody outside the media cheerleaders know they are.

Also because seeing this GIF posted in E=NG is so enjoyable every time

Frankly, I'm content never seeing them in the playoffs again if that means they're toiling in the basement. I will never understand this 'desire' for both teams to do well from a Flames fan perspective.

Entertainment, which is the whole point of being a Flames fan/hockey fan for me.

It's been entertainment far beyond I expected for how they've been stewing in the toilet of the league for multiple decades in a row, but it's been going on for so long that I want something different now. Them sucking in the regular season year in, year out is demoralizing for the franchise sure, but that's been the same ole song. I want to see the Oilers fail in heartbreaking fashion around the end of the season, or in the playoffs itself. The buildup of hope, only to be crushed by disappointment when their season meets it's abrupt end.

Essentially, I want the Oilers to suffer in new ways.
