Rittich just isn't getting in front of shots. I would hope Talbot starts the 2nd period as this one isn't over but if Rittich can't make a save it's not going to matter.

Rittich has allowed 3 goals in the first period in each of his last 3 games.
The Flames have allowed 11 goals in the first period over their last 4 games.
Not good.

The issue is two-fold.
The team is doing a terrible job of letting their goalies see the shots lately, AND Rittich isn't doing a good enough job of fighting through the traffic to get a good look when needed.
