Wow stunner. Both #6 seeds win this weekend. Dalvin Cook a huge difference maker as the Saints did just enough on offence to let the defence hold the fort.

Well then.
Clutch throw and a better catch by Thelein.
NFC is up for grabs now. Thought it was the Saints to lose, even with the extra game.

Ah well, what can you do. Hope the Flames make it 2-for-3 today, at least.

I mean how do you leave a corner on an island against Rudolph? Was quite obvious where Cousins was going

Probably a push off but the Vikings were just better than the Saints today

Both teams should get a chance to touch the ball, touchdown or not.

Yeah, this. Saints had a right to feel robbedd last year because I think they largely outplayed the Rams. They deserved to lose today.

Saints need to quit letting inferior teams hang around in playoff games.

Wow I never expected a 13-3 3rd seed to lose at home. The Saints have no luck.
NFL OT is dumb. Give both teams a chance with the ball.

Yeah it's saying something when this is actually the least painful playoff loss I've felt the past 3 years. They just got outplayed..I actually can't believe the Saints even got it to OT in a position to win the way that game was going. The fumble and the missed FG were critical as well.
Salty at first that it's the day before I'm there lol, everyone gonna be so sad. But grieving and venting with my own kind will be therapeutic.. as will be getting wasted on hurricanes. And at least there will be good LSU buzz with the title game there next week

Yeah that's how I felt too, just due to the seeding. Figured Saints would get by Minny, but @GB, @SF (probably) was a tall order.

Saints choked, I hate it but it’s what happened. Hell of an effort by Taysom Hill to drag them into that game, but they took their opponent lightly and got burned.

Their vaunted OL got owned most of that game. And the DL didn't do nearly enough in return, I didn't notice Cam much. Really missing Rankins and Davenport, but they were still deep on the line.
He had a bad day anyway, but Lattimore being out on that final drive was critical, Cousins kept looking at his replacement, including the long bomb that set up the winner.
Agreed about Taysom, love that guy.
