I honestly don't remember seeing it at all in a game after the all star break, and not again until Ward took over. Last one Peters era I remember was January, but again we don't see what the TV doesn't show

Purple drink:
I am really upset that guys on the bench, when Mony scored in OT against the Avs, did not think to come out with the purple drink and squirt Mony.
Oh well maybe if somehow this gets out to them, next time they will and it'll be for the ages!

Both Gio and Stone stayed out there. I thought for sure they'd change - and they were pinned in the zone for a while there too. Ballsy move is right.
Thought I was watching my beer league team!

I figured the juxtaposition of unrepentant racist and bitching about a sports drink would suffice to label the sarcasm but my bad!
Though it is nice to see the boys enjoying the game again. A ####ty boss can do that.
The hfoil board seems to constantly forget that their team gas sucked for 15 years. I dont think they realize how badly they're beaking themselves while trying to insult us lol

Its not as fun if you whoop their asses from wire to wire every season.
Sometimes you gotta toy with them a bit.

They clearly need a headstart, just wasn't enough of one.

Stone is #8 on the depth chart. And he showed again last night that you can put him in there and get solid minutes. No, he isn't a top pairing guy, but he is an NHL defenseman, and provides good depth for the Flames' D.
I am not going to claim that he is the best #8 out there, but if you try and formulate a list from around the league of teams' #8 Dmen that are better than Stone, I am going to guess that list is pretty fricking short.

I dont mind stone at all for a 7/8. I am always scared when he shoots the puck tho. I get worried hes gonna take a teammate out with his inaccurate cannon shot.

Leaf fans were as obnoxious as always, but the collage on the big screen at the end of the game, showing Leaf fans pouting in their seats, was truly spectacular. Whoever was responsible for that deserves a tip of the old chapeau.

Posters were begging for him to be on the power play because of his shot. But, yeah, it’s slow to get off, misses the net most of the time, or is blocked (and Stone is too slow to recover from a blocked shot on the power play).

Nice highlight package and I especially liked when they talked about US born players reaching 200 points before their 22nd birthday and conveniently forgot to mention Tkachuk to get Matthews included.

That's crazy ... you don't block team building / momentum sustaining culture.

Jordan makes $132 M per year from Jordan Brand stuff through Nike. More money than the $127 M per year Lionel Messi makes and 4 times as much as LeBron James makes from his Nike deal. I think he is doing OK.
