Remember the French woman kept talking about hearing the people in the forest, and something about all the others in her group getting sick. Then when Sayid was walking through the forest at the end of the episode, he was hearing voices too. Maybe he went crazy from something at the camp? Or maybe there's ghosts or something, probably won't find out for a few episodes though, if ever.
