How was that not delay of the game? Shot was nowhere near the net, the goalie comes out of his crease to bring the puck into himself and cover it with no flames pressuring him. I thought they were trying to curb that stuff.

I for one quite enjoy Francis's intermission segments. I don't always (often?) agree with him, but the panel's talking points are always relevant and informed.
