Double bull! I worked there in 1999 and it was definitely Penbrooke Heritage Estates then until whenever the Yankees moved in. Just like it's Okotoks Heritage Estates, High River, Red Deer, Loydminster Heritage Estates and so on. I think Satin changed the name in the early 90's to fancy up the place.
I understand if it will always be Red Carpet in your heart though.

I’ve never heard anyone referring to it as anything but Red Carpet though. Pennbrooke Meadows, as an area reference - yes. But “ The Red Carpet”, as the place - only. Oh, well. At least we agree on it being an integral part of Sliver’s SE.

French wine just sucks. They send us all their plonk and laugh as we guzzle it up going oh look at me drinking chateau neuf du suck. Suckiest wine that ever sucked. Also wine should taste like strawberries. All wine!!

All this talk of living circumstances.
Okay, I have one:
Florida gets a bad rap in the media, but it's actually pretty great to live in.
Traffic is surprisingly decent despite the large population.
Mostly incredible weather year-round (hurricanes notwithstanding).
People are mostly pretty good. Some of the most wonderful people I have ever met ended up here, originally from other places.
Gator problems are ridiculously overblown.
I've never met anyone that even resembles "Florida Man".
I feel like the negatives of Florida are a meme at this point. A myth perpetuated by popular culture.
I will say the drivers suck the worst of any drivers I've ever encountered, so there's that.
