What’s the longest pointless streak to start a season? Are we going to see something special from Jankowski?
not sure, I do recall that former Oiler forward JF Jacques took 55 games to get the first point of his career- as a forward- but that took 4 partial seasons
it looks like he tried to wolf down 3 snickers bars as fast as possible right before going on-air

Decent game from the home squad. 3rd and 4th line were really good. I thought Brodie had a great game. Really skating well.
The offence though, yuck. Just not generating enough chances on the rush. Baby steps, I know, but they are still just grinding it out and relying on Rittich.

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.

I want Looch to get one so so bad. I really like the guy. He’s playing good hockey right now. Dube has fit in so well with him and Ryan.
I gotta say, I think Jankowski’s days are numbered. I see no way they don’t send him down when we get healthy. He’s absolutely ineffective in just about every facet of the game and Dube has outperformed him by a wide margin. Put him on waivers, he’ll clear and even if he doesn’t who cares?

Getting serious Blake Comeau vibes from Jankowski at the moment. Interesting enough, Comeau was pointless in 16 games when the Flames claimed him from NYI.
