Yes. Yes I did. For a long long time. Because he did. Still does.
Your defense of him is what is wildly and completely misplaced.
He is a terrible hockey player who at one time was great, but the game has passed him by and maybe even lapped him.
Just because other players are struggling, that does not give him a free pass. He is the one with a goose egg through 25 games. He is the one who is taking up 5.25M of cap space. He is the one who brought what was happening in Edmonton to the team I cheer for. So once again, he completely and entirely should not be playing for a team with any sort of playoff aspirations.
