Is this a good time to point out that in the time since the Flames scored their last goal, their opponents have scored 11?

At what point do we stop cheering for the win and just hope for a goal?

Oh dear me. Lots of puck luck versus zero. This has to end soon, right? This zero shooting percentage.

It's becoming apparent the Flames just lack top end talent. Who on the Flames can make those shots that Burakovsky did for the av's?

Can't really say these new lines have made much of a difference.

Every team we play is just a little sharper than us and puts their shots in more dangerous places with less hesitation.

It honestly just sucks to watch their confidence sag with every turnover that ends up in the net.

I think you need a little luck on your side to start to gain traction, and they can't get that for long enough to build some semblance of confidence.

Based on trends, do the Flames lose this game 9-0, or 12-0?

I haven't had a chance to follow the game. Are the lines still together, or have they reverted back to Gaudreau-Monahan-Lindholm?

That's what I was thinking. Even thinking back to that Pacioretty goal on the rush the other day. I can't really think of many players on the Flames being able to make a shot like that in stride.

Tons of guys able to score in tight. Monahan, Tkachuk and Gaudreau.

Still together.

Monahan's line looked pretty good

Backlund's line, not so much.

The other lines were a mix of good and bad.

..... Honestly, Monahan looks like a different player away from Gaudreau. In a good way.

This is probably the type of thing Chiarelli thought to himself before sending Hall for Larsson

Johnny for Burakovsky - it's 1 for 1 boys
