Will be interesting to see how close to full McMahon gets for Sunday. Lots of tickets still available, and without excited Esks/Rider fans to snap them up I would be pleasently suprised to see it sold out unless seats get magically cheaper later in the week.

Two good games today, with two good outcomes! Both of these teams are deserving and it will be nice to see one of them break their drought.
I hope McMahon is packed for this game. Might sell a few more tickets this week to Bomber and TiCat fans.

So go Ticats I guess.

Pretty much this
This DB absolutely hates Stamps fans, specifically naming Calgary puck (yes, that includes you too, Dion)
But not all of them are this spiteful. Most Bomber fans are decent, respectful fans.

That’s ok; the final act in this play is for Hamilton to absolutely embarrass the Bombers in the GC.
I’m betting there’s some good deals on cheap watermelons out there today, if they all haven’t been smashed!

i am a bomber fan, and i am hoping to score decent tickets for $300 each for sunday so my son and i can go to the game.
as i was grumbling about he ticket prices last night, my wife reminded me that this is be the lowest cost option for seeing the bombers play in the GC.
I had to laugh on stubhub as i noticed there was on single ticket for sale for $460 or so $US - i am sure that ticket will move.

I highly doubt they'll move the needle enough. Riders were the ticket to an exciting, sold out atmosphere. You may get a couple dozen Tiger Cats fans and a few hundred Bombers fans.

I would hope that a fair bit of Bomber fans make the trip.

I listed a pair and a single on stubhub last night. The pair sold within 15 minutes, the single sold this morning. Both buyers are from Manitoba.
They were all tickets in lowest price range, so I didn't expect to have take a loss (and I didn't), but for the higher price points I could see demand not quite meeting supply. Should be a good game regardless.

Go Ti-cats. But I wouldn't be upset if the Bombers won. Lots of friends in Winnipeg that I would be happy for.

After seeing how much of a corrupting influence Bob Young is in the CPL and CSA, I would just as soon he lost this one. Go Bombers.

Best thing about all of this is we won't have to listen to Rod Black call any more games this year. At least I hope he isn't calling the game.

Rod Black will likely do the radio play-by-play (at least he's done than in the past). Cuthbert and Suitor will be the tv broadcast team.

While I'm happy the Bombers beat the Riders I can't cheer for them. Their head coach was one of the dirtiest players in his day, their top offensive player is a cheater, and the CFL gifted them the easiest schedule by far of any other team this season. The league got the Grey Cup they wanted but I'm hoping they don't get the winner they want. Go Ti-Cats!

I don’t think they have a preference for the Bombers.

i would ahve to think that in a perfect world, that the lions an the argo/montreal would be playing in the GC every two/three years all while thier teams are always competitive. I would keel over if the bobmers were the CFL's golden child.
i found tickets on the neighborhood facebook page. section V row three. They were a little more than my mental budget - but quite a bit less than the current price on ticketmaster.
This is the first time i am spending so much on an experience.

IMO there's merit behind the CFL mafia comments by Dickenson. There's a general feeling by some around the league that there is a bit of favoritism.

But I am confused...section V is in the south end zone...

And? He didn’t say he thought the tickets were at midfield.
