still confused with that call.
The SF player was out of bounds, but still had his hands on the ball, trying to strip it all the way... shouldn't that be illegal touching? if he went out of bounds, let go of the ball, then re-established contact and then stripped the ball it would make sense, but he was placing leverage on the ball the entire time he was out of bounds?
i think the replay officials screwed up or just something the rule book doesn't cover

Yeah, you just can't have turnovers like that and expect to win against good teams. It's frankly pretty amazing that they're even still in this.

MVP MVP!
This game is intense. Low scoring can be fun when the defences are this good.

Have they been that good though? San Fran's has been. I would say that Seattle's has been opportunistic in terms of capitalizing on the mistakes, but that it's mostly been this Jimmy G offense beating itself.
EDIT: Wow, what a ####ing awful penalty call. The hell is he supposed to do? Jimmy's going down.

That call on Clowney is one of the worst calls ever
Or on 99, either way, brutal call. QB was moving his head down

I mean, what are you suppose to do if the player is going down already in that situation? You make it close to impossible to make 'proper' contact there.

Gotta love how completely in the tank the announcers are for the NFL after that travesty in Lions/Packers a couple weeks back. Just knee-jerk full on defense of every call.
EDIT: Jimmy with yet another turnover. I mean Seattle's pass rush is creating pressure but seriously these are just mistakes from a mediocre QB.

Man, that's pretty close to a TD. Carson looks like a slinky there. Does look an inch or two short though.
EDIT: Hahaha if the announcers couldn't be more obvious they then ask us to take a moment to appreciate the officiating.
Boom. 2 score game. Just excellent timing on the transfer from Wilson to Carson there, kept all his momentum going.

Yeah, no, definitely call the hit to the head against the Seahawks but ignore the leading with the helmet on a ####ing slide. Wilson's lucky that Thomas's helmet took the brunt of that impact, but it just goes to show that neither play should have been a penalty.

Should have been time count violation on the convert. No call. Typical.

Yeah, this is borderline fixed. Another terrible call, once again against Seattle. I mean, he hit him. There was no attempt to make it a harder hit than it needed to be, if he'd slowed down any more he's risking getting juked.
Seriously what is the point of watching this league if they're going to do this? This is a great game and the refs are intent on ruining it.
