For what it's worth, any girl that says she has a boyfriend but would still go out for 'a drink or something' is probably one to stay away from.

I disagree, but wouldn't get in the middle of something.

Hypothetically speaking of course, one could be in a relationship that is okay, they're just kinda content.. but it's not going anywhere, or you're not sure if it is, so, you go out with someone, maybe see that you're really not missing out on anything reaffirms the person you're with is someone you'd be happy with..

Or, it goes the other way, you realize, hey if I like this person, maybe it's really not going anywhere... Time to move on.

That said, it'd be unfair to take the new hanging out anywhere further before ending the first..

I actually inquired if it was one of the other lifeguard dudes, but said, I only wondered because I wouldn't want her to tell him, I'd feel bad if the guy worked there and knew me and I was hitting on his girlfriend.. That seems kinda low.
