No Elliotte, the Oilers don't need anymore help from the officials.

11 goals, -9.
I predict the latter will surpass the former in short order.

They're not called Elliott because they're not penalties.
Just because they're good players doesn't mean they get calls just because they're touched.

That McDavid net drive should never be a penalty. He was reaching on the defender as much as he was impeded.

Everything about the Oilers is pathetic and amateur. Their broadcast team should be no different.

Ball is the best, you never know who scored the goal. Just as it should be.
As the great Peter Maher used to say..."remember there are two teams on the ice".
Quinn is an embarrassment.

For one season, Quinn was the Flames guy. Dark days of 2001. Mind you only 30 or so games were on CTV Sportsnet in that time.

Not sure he calls games for the Avs anymore but this guy was pretty bad lmao

I guess getting help from the schedule maker and the draft lottery isn't enough, apparently the refs need to help them out as well. Cripes.

There was a trip on Bozak as well for that empty net chance that should have been called too. Deal with it.

I lost a bit of respect for Elliotte after those comments, absolutely ridiculous.
The Oilers getting a late PP in a game they’re trailing in is about as predictable as the sun rising in the morning. Not sure why that isn’t being discussed... oh wait.

That one was at least a puck over glass, so hard to argue it.

I think Kassian is picking up all of Chiassons’s goals, given he is the one playing with mcdavid.

Not on the PP...that is where Neal was scoring
although most of those were in the first couple weeks...Not so sure that third round pick is in the bag

Yeah those comments served no real purpose other than trying to rile up Oilers fans. Amateur hour for sure.
