No shots on net, stupid selfish penalty, reactionary play.

Not going to win many games playing like this.

Alan Quine is on our second line. Let that sink in. Why is it most of us are so in love with Treliving?

The Flames are simply one of the most fragile groups, mentally, in the NHL.

Get your poop in a group, boys. Jesus.
Wrong on the penalties. Clear as day holding on Tkachuk and Rittich went down injured.

The rest is correct

Flames were unlucky not to be up by more at the end of the first, but they have once again played their worst during the most important moments of the game

Helps when you slew foot the centerman off the draw so he can’t get out to cover.

Listen to the radio for early part of third and they said refs put whistles away. To call a tricky tack call on Tkachuk given the hold he was in (and got a shot from the guy after) is game changing garbage.

Out of our star forwards only Lindholm has pulled his weight this season.

I wonder why they have played so tentatively in third period? No confidence?

Compare the cross-check on Mangi to what has been called in the third

If the refs were doing their job they would shoot the puck on the Canes net for the Flames. Typical NHL, bias refs refusing to shoot the puck for the Flames.

I'm so ####ing sick of watching this team float through games. Third period has been an absolute joke. Team needs a serious shake up, give a #### level is no where near high enough.

LOL Tkachuk punched a player in the head in front of the official. The complaining about the officiating is getting a little embarrassing here.

I agree it’s trash, but when the team comes out and goes into a pathetic shell right at the opening faceoff of the period, penalties against are inevitable.

Cowardice on ice from the Flames.

Good luck fixing the issues with this lot, Tree.

3 minutes left and no shots on net.

Pretty amazing. Tells you a lot about this group right now.

People need to stop complaining about the refs every game. Flames suck right now they are not getting any type of offence from there big time players.

Watched probably 75+ games per season since '03.

I've watched parts of 3 of 14 games this season. Interest has never been so low. When I attempt to watch, either the team or the officiating has beaten down my resolve to watch to the end.

Remember early last season when the Flames dominated third periods? Pepperidge Farms remembers!!

It's two straight games they held a lead into the 3rd and stopped trying to score. Given Peters meltdown about defensive hockey last week it's probably just as much on him as it is on the players.
