Helps when you slew foot the centerman off the draw so he can’t get out to cover.
Listen to the radio for early part of third and they said refs put whistles away. To call a tricky tack call on Tkachuk given the hold he was in (and got a shot from the guy after) is game changing garbage.

I'm so ####ing sick of watching this team float through games. Third period has been an absolute joke. Team needs a serious shake up, give a #### level is no where near high enough.

I agree it’s trash, but when the team comes out and goes into a pathetic shell right at the opening faceoff of the period, penalties against are inevitable.
Cowardice on ice from the Flames.

Watched probably 75+ games per season since '03.
I've watched parts of 3 of 14 games this season. Interest has never been so low. When I attempt to watch, either the team or the officiating has beaten down my resolve to watch to the end.

It's two straight games they held a lead into the 3rd and stopped trying to score. Given Peters meltdown about defensive hockey last week it's probably just as much on him as it is on the players.
