Doesn't matter what TJ would've done. Safe to assume his small eight team NTC doesn't include Toronto. Kadri's NTC was the issue.

So, you're telling me that if Kadri said 'YES LET'S DO IT" you know for a fact (because you are safe to assume) TJ would have agreed?
Fact is, you really don't know. It didn't happen so we don't know what his answer would have been.

He's saying Brodie would have had his 8 team list submitted already, so if Toronto wasn't on it he would have had no say in the matter anyway.

Unless Brodie had TO as one of his 8 teams (not a chance IMO), he would have had no say in anything.
