We are the better team by far - despite the score. Have gifted them a couple of goals. We can still win this.

Flames are having a good game...they need another skilled winger though to make things easier on themselves.

Chucky is constantly setting guys up for tap-ins and open looks but stone hands

Not seen much of him tonight but I love Rieder. The only Oilers game I’ve ever been to in Edmonton he scored two short handed goals for the Coyotes. I’ll always love him for that.

I'm flummoxed on how that 1st goal went in on tablot. Looked like his eyes just stopped working for a second. Also, do goalies have earpieces and mics in their masks? Because it looked like he was talking to someone after goal 1.

That's why they're a unit, not dragging 3 lines down, just one.

Honestly, Tree can make some moves any time now. There's some holes that can be fixed now to get us back to strength.

Lucic with more points than Neal tonight.
Does this mean McDavid has gone 3 games in a row without a point?

Ryan Leslie is a goddam treasure. Such a great ability to get an honest response from a player rather than the same old platitudes. Even in 30 seconds you can get a sense of humanity with each player. He's really underrated at what he does.

Frolik and Reider are top defending wingers. I'm thinking that line wasnt formed to score points

Seems like Hathaway has a nice dry wit. Advising Leslie to go visit his barber LOL

I'm not convinced that Frolik is as good defensively as he used to be... even still, you're probably right. They definitely didn't acquit themselves very well in that period, though.

Also the patience of a saint to host a segment with Eric Francis on a regular basis.

Yup, I'm going to have a soft spot for Hathaway as long as he plays. See my sig for reference.

except Frolik has spend most of the season on the 2nd line and still has one point...a goal where the goalie was knocked over
