FS: 2 Tix vs Caps PL10 Row1, $30 FTP

I have for sale 2 tickets verses the Washington Capitals tonight. Tickets are in section 10, row 1 (first row on the balcony). Tickets are very close to the concession and only steps away from the bathrooms (I can use the bathroom and be back in my seat during a TV timeout). Asking $30 for the pair which is below my cost and much cheaper than what the Flames are charging to sit much higher.
