I am sure there are a bunch of games on tonight, but I am presently watching Colorado in Pittsburgh. The Penguins have had tonnes of zone time and plenty of excellent chances, but can't buy a goal. Matt Calvert scored on an opportunistic break off of a broken play to make it 1-0.
I hate the Avalanche. So much.

So I just noticed,
After tonight both the Leafs and the Caps will have played 8 games.
The Rangers have played 3.
That is absurd. 3 games in over 16 days for NY?

I think there are a lot of goalies ahead of Gillies on the maybe-acquire list for a team that needs a goalie.

There are six games on the Wednesday OOT.
The double headers are Avalanche-Penguins on NBCSN and Leafs-Capitals on SN1. Followed by Flyers-Oilers on SN1,SN360, and NBCSN.
