That's a bad goal by Rittich, but I can't be too angry with him. He's the only reason this game isn't 6-2 Knights.

Yeah, you want that back. But you can understand how that goes in.
Guy comes in with speed, starts going east-west, changes the angle and rifles one low and hard thru a defenseman. Goalie has limited view of that puck.

Problem with stacking the top unit with the four best forwards is it leaves the second unit without a real offensive catalyst

The better team in winning. Rittich stopping pucks he has no business saving. But also letting in goals he wants back.
Lucic has to be taken off third line. Janko needs to be taken off the roster.

Weird game for Rittich. Probably only reason it's close, but also given up more than a few bad ones.
This team sucks right now.
At this point peters has to do some actual frigin coaching and stimulate a change in the team's lines, strategies, demeanor.
