2 points!
Rittich was awesome. Nice shootout move by Gaudreau, and man Monahan is silky smooth in the shootout.
Forwards were disappointing again. Maybe I just need to reset my expectations, this team isn't going to be as good offensively, during the regular season, at least.

He looks amazing so far. His contract will be viewed as one of the best going forward. He is our number 1 D in waiting. He can take the title in about 5 years.

Rittich was awesome, got shafted by penalties and looked very good after going down 2-0.
Bennett and Jankowski were particularly rough though.
Decent start to the season imo

Radulov would be the perfect RW for the Flames.

I was really impressed by that Stars team... tons of talent.
Obviously Benn, Radulov, and Seguin are all very good but Hintz and Faksa also progressing well, and L'Esperance and Gurianov have a lot of potential. Their defense was also very solid, Klingberg and Heiskanen will drive it for years.
Only guys who really underwhelmed me were the new recruits... Pavelski and Sekera were not good. Perry will be interesting to watch when he gets back from his injury.

Well said. Bishop is a beast too. Stars will be fine, I still have them top 3 in the central

I don't watch enough Stars games to know if he always plays like he does against the flames. He is an absolute bulldog against us. His hustle is amazing.

The win is great and win or lose, it was a really fun game to watch.
Other than BSD, the team hasn't looked great so far with most players having some struggled. Either way, picking up points while not playing great will be crucial to not play catch up when they are back in form!
