Bit of a height fetish by these announcers. Kinda off-putting.

I feel like there are at least this many at Habs or Leafs games.
The blue line was great in that period. So was Dave. Can't say anyone else stood out to me.

Really liking Rittich’s play. Aggressive and confident.

Go Flames Go!! Pretty average first. Lucky to be up. Dave has been good.
How much are the Nucks paying Myers? Just horrible on the goal. Gaudreau isn’t exactly known as a tough forechecking.

Backlund is skating in cement, hope he doesn’t have a lingering groin injury.

Horvat's faceoff prowess is legendary?
Is he thinking of Yanic Perreault?

Anyone else having audio issues?
The knights-sharks clips they were playing had music, but no commentary. I can see Burkie talking but can't hear him.
Maybe best the CBC app?
*Edit* the commercials have no issues

From where I was sitting it didn't even look like a forecheck thing. He just tried to throw it across and flubbed it. I'm pretty far away though.

Nice to see Sportsnet hasn't updated their panorama shots of Calgary in at least 5 years. When did they install the LED lights on the Tower? 2014? 2015?

So in 4 periods Milan Lucic has won me and the crowd over.
I couldn't care less how many he scores this year (I think 20) if all he does is grind and mash and pound the opposition like he has consistently. Biggest difference between he and Neal? Effort.

Also, I really dont want Sam Bennett to get skipped over. He looks a complete different player through two games this year. Amazing what a little confidence can do. Keep going Sam!
Also like Andersson and Kylington. They'll have their hiccups but I'm wagering with consistent games played they get more comfortable and more important as the season wears on.
