Can I get a quick breakdown on how the remote picks will happen? Does the document will just change on the fly as picks happen and when it's my turn, I input my selection?? Will we see the changes instantly?

That's right. Document will be live so you can see picks as they are made and you can chat in the cells if you have questions.
