Who Am I Kidding, This American Idol Show Is Hilarious
There's no way im the only one watching this show. The auditions, at least at this point in the show, are probably the best/lowest reality TV gets. Simon is still has some of the best one liners around, and the other guy...Randy?...Says 'dawg' more than my 'dog' barks.
Anyone see the mother and daughter singing sweet home alabama? I almost feel off my bed.

Good one.
Sadly I do find myself watching these Idol shows from time to time, I don't know why... not like I will ever buy a CD or anything.

Yeah, I'm with you on that one. I watch to see just how delusional people really are.... There were some good ones tonight. The girl that referred to herself as "The Hotness" was particularly funny to me. Who told her she sounded like Mariah Carey?!
I really can't stand any of the judges though.

i didnt watch it tonight, but watched it last night (the minnesota auditions)..and the dude that was dressed in all red, white, and blue (stars and stripes) was pretty funny, as was the wizard of oz girl. i agree, its hilarious watching all the horrible auditions......much better than watching the good people get through.

First: What the hell is Paula on? She is friggin DRUGGED out.
Second: That chick last night that sounded like the lion on the wizzard of Oz was the funniest thing.
Third: Ok.. enough. Put a ****ing sign on the door to tell them "Other door".
Its getting a little stupid, but there are some funny parts.
Again, what the hell is paula on.

I love the first round. Love it. The mother/daughter pair singing Sweet Home Alabama were just smashing. The software engineer was nuts.
I'm also watching it by myself. Too cool. Cry for me.

Nevermind.
Erase a post about those two that they ripped, (calling that guy a monkey).
Too far, IMO.

The auditions are the only part of it I'll watch. I did watch the first few seasons but stopped when that Fantasia chick won. Man, was she brutal.

I'll watch the first few episodes of any Idol show they put together. The entertainment is nearly unmatched. Once the show get serious about the business of turning out faux-stars I tune out.

I think it's pretty obvious that Paula is wasted 90% of the time. Who's more of the jackass, the person who doesn't care enough not to get wasted on national television or the person who is delusional and thinks they have a shot?
Actually this could be a poll if the mods felt like it.

Watched it the past two nights. Last night that Wizard of Oz girl was funny. Tonight that 27 year old software engineer guy......man he was horrible and a very wierd dude. I think the monkey comment was a little too far but that guy was strange as well. The very last audition "big red".........wtf was that? Man, Seattle had some interesting auditions. Big props to the two East Indian's who got through!
