But it would save us millions. I'll accept that over the circus that would follow if they were alive. It'd be worse than that time the Raptors won the cup thing.

Yep, I hope they aren't dead. Not only should the families get some answers but they deserve to rot in jail for what they did.

I dunno, what answers will they get? I'm sure it would be unsatisfying. Then you have the suffering through a trial, heart-wrenching media, the press hounding you, trials, retrials, appeals, and surly an unsatisfying sentence. If I were family of the victims, I think I'd prefer knowing these 2 are dead of their own accord.

Atleast why they did what they did. It's not going to bring them back but unless they decide to stay silent they'll atleast know. Them dieing is the easy way out.

Because they wanted to kill people and cause some big manhunt and instead they died like #######s in the bush.
Pretty badass, morons.

Assuming, pretty easily, the allegations are correct, I hope they died scared and in the woods without even knowing the media sensation around them. I don't even like the thought of them thinking they were celebrities, outlaws on the lam.

Well, I think the families would like to know if there were responsible for all 3 murders. I thought they were only charged with the murder in BC. Accomplices? How do they end up with guns? I know the optics look poor, but is there more evidence of their involvement? I suppose them being dead would wrap this all up with a nice bow, but it's hardly satisfying.

It's publicly known they wanted to die. They got exactly what they wanted. This is the worst news.

nah, it's fine.
worst news would have been some glory hunting shootout with the police instead of dying like idiots to the weather.

The families are going to be left with alot of unanswered questions - both the victims and the killer's families. Justice cannot be served for anyone. This is the worst possible outcome.
Saying otherwise is just a cold, sad way to look at an already depressing situation.

No, it's far from the worst. They could continue murdering people. They could have vanished, and died and never be found, leaving a great mystery. Or they could have disappeared and lived out the rest of their lives.

It's a sad day for the families, another in the timeline since this whole mess began. My heart goes out to them and I hope they can rebuild their lives. There is nothing to be pleased about in this situation other than the ordeal is over.

I think for the families, knowing they found the bodies is a huge step up from them not being able to find them in the bush. So from that point of view this is really the second best outcome.

More dead bodies is never an answer to an already tragic situation. The best outcome would have been for them to be arrested alive.

There is plenty to be pleased about. These 2 died before they were able to hurt anyone else, civilian or officer.
I'm glad they're dead, and they'll never experience the satisfaction of the media/attention they've gotten.
