The Argos were beneficiares to the officiating, they didn't overcome it.

You just can't pick and choose when the command center is going to intervene.

Stunningly the officials didn't notice a coach running of the field like that which is a penalty in itself.
Steinauer should be outright fuming about that.

You are the guy trash talking our team and then running over to Bombers forums trying to make a big deal about it. You also do this when the Flames play the Jets. You don't see any of us on Bombers or Jets forums do you? It's not about thin skin and about showing a little class when you are on a rival forum. We have several Oilers and Canucks fans here that get it. You guys just lost to an Argos team that had the odor of a 0-18 season and I'm not even rubbing it in for crying out loud. It's just one game and a reminder that the Grey Cup isn't won in the summer.

Really is there any clarification on how the command center in one game basically erased a play because the officials on the field didn't see a challenge flag yet not do the same thing in the next game when an official was on the field clearly calling a timeout prior to the play? I don't see any distinction between a challenge flag and timeout as the the challenge is basically a timeout at it's core as that's what you get charged if the call is overturned. I really don't like how the command center picks and chooses when it intervenes in games. They need to be consistent.

For Saturday night. Bergman not playing is a big blow to the OLine.

Yes it sure is and also good to hear that the injury to Carey doesn't appear to be too serious.

I think if the onfield crew misses the challenge flag then it can't be challenged. Its why you see teams rushing their offense under center to get the gate closed.
I'm just stunningly amazed the the officiating crew and especially the back judge didn't see OS running on the field screaming for a time out.
The sad part is that if they had called OS for the penalty, it would have given the Riders a first down, half the distance to the goal line.
They really screwed the Ti-Cats on that.

It was right before Fajardo ran it in for the winning score. Steinhauer was trying to call time out and ran onto the field trying to get the official's attention but to no avail.

That can't be true as last night O'Shea thew a challenge flag that the on-field officials missed and a running play ensued for minimal gain. Then the command center called in to let the officials know O'Shea challenged before the snap so that running play we erased and the Bombers got their challenge which was successful.

Wasn't it Ted Wyman, the sports editor of the Winnipeg Sun that dubbed us the Patriots of the CFL?

The guy is so oblivious to everything, he's just been so blinded by the 5 measly wins the Bombers had so far. Just 5. It's not even the middle of the season yet either
Speaking of the magic number 5, here's another fact i came across. Since 1990, the Bombers has made the Grey cup game 5 times. Can you guess how many they've won in those 5 games? None of them, they've lost all 5 times
People talk about the Stamps choking, but to me, losing 5 times straight in the biggest game is more note worthy to me

Their best chances were:
-2007 against the riders where had Kevin Glenn not suffered a broken leg in the division final forcing them to start their rookie backup they probably would have won.
-2001 when the first place bombers with a healthy lineup choked to the 8-10 stampeders

This post was weird and wrong I had to wait a while to respond.
Blinded by 5 wins? In what way? What grand proclamations have I made? None. Did I say the Bombers were going to host the west final? No. Did I say the Bombers are a lock to make it to the GC? No. I said what every other pundit on TSN or elsewhere was saying at the time.. they were the most complete football team in the league. The offense was a no show in Hamilton and TO, and the D has had a half of a bad football game in Toronto. Now the CP brain trust for the CFL is declaring the Bombers "exposed". OK. Cool. We'll see next week I guess.
Then you bring up the fact the Bombers haven't won a championship since 1990, jeez, I wonder if that's something I knew?
As far as losing 5 Grey Cups since 1990, yeah, it sucks. Should have beat Edmonton (lost Dunigan to injury and had to play Garza), Should have demolished Calgary (worst team to win the Grey Cup ever), and lost to Saskatchewan, barely, with popgun arm Dinwiddie. Oh well. I'm still here and I still love the team and talk a lot of #### when we lose but always come out and support them when I can and get over my rage after a ####ty loss in around ~2 hours. I should probably go no where near a computer during a game or the night of a loss.. but I have passion for my team.

You got caught on another website calling CP members delusional. So don't get upset when others call you out. You fly off the handle a lot. Chill out.

Caught is a strong word. I use the same username and avatar.
And the beef EE has was he thinks I came on here delusional about the bombers. It was a lousy take.
