Roger Johansson's son was taken in the second round by Detroit.

I don't think the flames can do a deal until they know for certain what the cap is, that's how close to it they will be with their pending contracts.

They won't know until the cap figure is announced whether they can afford to buy out stone or whether they have to pay a poison pill to move his salary out entirely.

Good draft for the Flames. Got two 1st round talents with their 26 and 88 picks. Getting Nikolaev was super sweet. Then you add a ppg winger in Feuk after that. Nodler has potential too just on a longer arch.

Wonder where they go in the 7th. Could they snag wolf there? A d man from a far away land?
