Don't know how to imbed a Vimeo vid on here.
But here is a clip of the Chinese CCTV crew calling the final shot from Curry I taped.
After they game they interviewed SpicyP but it was nothing great.

Five years ago, he slayed a giant when he won Finals MVP in leading the San Antonio Spurs over the two-time champ Miami Heat. On Thursday night, Kawhi Leonard became a superteam killer again when he finished off the Golden State Warriors' two-year run as champions and again earned the Bill Russell Trophy.
The Toronto Raptors star capped an historic postseason by reaching an historic achievement: the first player in history to win Finals MVP with teams from both conferences. Leonard earned the honor following the Raptors' 114-110 Game 6 victory to close out a 4-2 series win.

I'm inclined to agree with you. Kawhi is a guy that keeps his cards close to his chest and wants to enjoy this night. I'm hopeful that he re-signs even on a shorter term deal.

It’s an amazing feeling in Toronto right now. Definitely a sports city. Honking in the suburbs and all. I really hope Kawhi signs but if he doesn’t you respect his decision and that he gave everything. Could never have seen this happening two weeks back. Can’t wait to be part of the parade in a few days.

Seriously Toronto is on of the best sports towns.
They support their teams through decades of crap. Just look at the Leafs. So many records broken recently for an Original Six team? Like..they have been so bad for so long. Yet people still support them.
I was a Raps fan from the beginning. My grade school years/teenage years were the Mighty Mouse/VC era. I have always loved the Raps but I lost intrest for a while. KLOW and Demar brought me back and although it suced to see Demar go it's amazing that they finally won it.
Thing is..they can keep this teampretty much intact and go for it again next year!

It’s a sports town that only supports teams with definite promise. Leafs being the exception where there’s always optimism no matter how bad the team is. Regardless this is really well deserved for the players. Tough to be up in four hours for me. Long day ahead tomorrow.

If Leonard leaves.. I hope Siakam takes another major step next year and the rebuild starts with a whole new core.
I hope he stays tough

I started following the Raptors about 3-4 years ago and this year I watched almost every game (regular season and playoffs).. and I can't stop smiling!
I can't even imagine if the Flames win.. I would go bonkers!

Kate Bierness in the locker room is hilarious. During the Jays playoff runs they had Barry Davis in the locker room and he brought goggles. Bierness is way cuter and more personable though. Just remember goggles next time.

Just amazing. Don't even care that the ending was so anti-climactic for such a close game, or the post-game interviews were weird, or there's all this looming Kawhi uncertainty.
