I'm in BC on business and I walked by a few outdoor pubs. Packed. People cheering on the Raps on every bucket. Clearly this team has been adopted by the country.

Remember when they came to Calgary for an exhibition game? I thought people here hated basketball. That #### sold out in minutes it seemed like.
Makes me wonder, is most of the US cheering for us too? I can’t imagine the Warriors are too popular outside of Oakland/SF. Evil empire and all.

As good as Gasol was in that first half I still want him to look to score a bit more. He had moments early in the second Q where he didn't look at all aggressive, didn't even think about going for the basket.
Siakam good.
Leonard pretty bad. By his standards, really bad. He's being doubled but he just looks out of sorts on both sides of the ball.
Gonna see a bunch of Green and Powell in Q3, I suspect.

It's all good, it's all people that don't normally watch. It's like any announcer quirks, the regulars are all used to it and find it normal or amusing, people tuning in casually can't believe it.

Thing is, the Warriors do not give a crap if you're up 10 at the half. That's nothing to them. The question is whether when they wake up and start playing, Kawhi does too, and it offsets. You have to hope for that.

Theres a map going around on social media lately where the only states that are pro-warriors are California, Nevada and Hawai'i. All the others are pro-raptors. I assume it was made from Twitter data.

As always...follow the money to answer that question.
At tip the Warriors were -1 pt. dogs. If they were liked by more than locals and sharp money? They would have been 5+.
America is cheering for Toronto.
