Senators name DJ Smith head coach
The Ottawa Senators named D.J. Smith their new head coach on Thursday.
The team announced a three-year agreement with Smith, who spent the past four seasons as an assistant on Mike Babcock's staff with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Babcock former assistants (MacLean, McLellan, Blashill, Peters, etc) have been moderately successful so not a terrible hire I suppose.

Ottawa players: ok
Coach DJ: first the ref blows the whistle. Then you start skating with the puck. You skate towards the goalie and try to score.
Ottawa players: ok
Coach DJ: then you check to see if the puck went in the net. If the goalie saved it you should feel disappointed. If you missed the net, you should feel shame.
Ottawa players: And if we score?
Coach DJ: if you score, then you should...put your hands up in the air. Put your hands up in the air.
