So what about people who don't have money...really bad optics..incarceration is a deterrent for the vast majority of people.

As a judge I'd sentence Felicity to do 10 episodes of Fuller House where she plays Fifi Bob Sagets sexy french maid.

			Yeah agreed.
From everything I've read, Loughlin has received just AWFUL advice from her lawyer.

I have to wonder if she and her billionaire husband think they're a little above the law.

I do. it's not hard to hide something from a spouse, especially a spouse that isn't looking for wrongdoing.

it was a one off she just had to keep he mouth shut about. not like she was covering up a long term drinking problem or something.

While not on the same scale Felicity is very accomplished in her own right, but I'm smelling some sort of plea deal where she would plead guilty, do a couple of months and he would continue to make about $8 million per season doing Shameless.

P.S. if you haven't seen Shameless you need to check it out |

ok it seems I was wrong about Macy not knowing. no idea why he wasn't also charged. like you said, part of the plea deal maybe?

but it really is easy to hide something from a spouse, especially when at least one of them is often away from home.

Felicity Huffman is scheduled to be sentenced by a judge on Friday. Prosecutors have suggested four months in prison and a $20,000 fine. Her lawyers are asking for a sentence of one year of probation, 250 hours of community service and a $20,000 fine.https://www.cnn.com/2019/09/09/us/fe...dge/index.html
good article that also quotes the letter Huffman wrote to the court as to why she did it and how she got to that point.
