I think police have more to worry about in Baku then they do in Madrid.

In Madrid, fans shoot police; in Soviet Baku the police shoots you, so they probably have less to worry about.

I've never really associated Arsenal fans with hooliganism. Same for Spurs to a lesser extent.

Chelsea and Liverpool on the other hand.

I don't think it'll be as bad as people think. More self policing and accountability through social media.

no. Spain had 3 out of 4 in 2016, but 4 out of 4 has never happened.

That one has to hurt for the Manchester teams.

Premier league makes history with 4 teams making up the finals of both major European competitions - and neither of the Manchester teams are involved.
