But fact is they were playing with fire the entire series, and were fortunate to even get into those situations with a chance to win.
To me those two games were the same. Calgary didn't play well for 2/3 at least, but late in the game they took over. The difference was potting the chances.

I'll admit, once we were out I have been cheering for SJ but it is personal for me growing up around the Thornton brothers. I want Joe to hoist the Cup this year so he can retire and I can resume hating the Sharks.

I have a soft spot for Joe. I also like Hertl and I think Burns is kinda fun. On the other hand I dislike Kane.

I also like Joe, but it is just not enough for me to get over my seething hatred of that godforesaken vanilla team.

I find it funny that the thing that makes you hate them is that they are bland.

I am having a tough time getting far behind or firmly against any team.

The Sharks can get swept by the Blues but tonight I'll be rooting for them.

Can't stand the Sharks.

Go Avs. That is all.

I'm pretty indifferent to them. Avs beat us fair and square. Series wasn't long enough, dirty enough or competitive enough for my blood to boil.

#### the Sharks!

As a Swede the Avs do have some appeal to me thanks to Peter Forsberg’s legacy, but I also hate them for destroying us in the first round.

Team Makar of NW Calgary vs. Team Dell of Airdrie outside of Calgary

As much as Avs have the momentum, the Sharks will still prevail tonight for me.

My wife bet on the Sharks to win the cup.....

so technically I should be cheering for them....

but for some reason I am still rooting for Colorado, if only a little bit, and rather on the DL

Is team Dell even a thing? He's barely played and Airdrie can eff off!

I like good stories in the playoffs, and so with the remaining group i would prefer to see a Bruins v Sharks final with Old Man Joe playing for the Cup against the team that traded him way back when to acquire the pieces to win cup back in 2011.

I think that the Avs will win in their typical fashion. Hemmed in their zone for the better part of the first. Maybe let a few in and then pot a couple opportunistic goals in the third for the win.

I’d prefer the sharks if only because I’d rather see two cupless teams in the conference final.

I generally prefer it when we get cup winners who haven’t won in a while, or ever. So I’m also hoping Carolina wins their series.

Carolina has won a Cup. It was beautiful because Oilers are No Good.
