Prices in keeping with the venue's typical equestrian set.
Soccer is an entirely different demographic. Families. Immigrants. Students.

$14 for 24 oz isn't too bad. Considering a can of beer is 12 oz, that's like $7 a can.

Yeah, thats pretty much what I'd expect at an event.
$14 for 24oz is okay. Cant complain too much about that.

Most expensive tickets. Most expensive beer. Traffic is ridiculous to the stadium. Stadium is way outside the city. What an embarrassment. They expressed that they have the perfect venue for the league but we're going to have the most embarrassing atmosphere in the league

I think that’s being just a tad dramatic.

The question is how stubborn will ownership be? Are they set in stone with these prices if no one shows up? Or will they get realistic in a hurry and adjust prices when they get a dose of reality?

Is anyone else’s feed extremely choppy, or is it just the laptop I’m watching on (which is crappy)? Almost unwatchable.

What's the attendance like? Half full, or worse?

Mine is perfect. It must be your laptop.

Just returned. Hadnto leave at about the 80th minute due to other commitments.
More than half, easily. Maybe 2/3 at least the stands. Though some didn't get there until near halftime with the traffic issues, we were there at 1245 and no real wait.
They have work to do for logistics on the busy games. There's horse stuff going on as well. The ring road construction doesn't help, as only one entrance after doubling back on 22x at 37th st. Some friends waited an hour in the car.
Store was a 25 min lineup to purchase. Food and bev seems well manned and lines were ok.
They hold bigger events so you think they'd have a handle on traffic and parking but not so.
Field looked in great shape and venue is pretty cool as well with the ability to wander around and not being packed in and out of there.
Will be a lot of complaining I am sure, and some of it valid, but when kinks get worked out with parking it does have potential as a great afternoon out when weather is good.

The shuttle bus is always the best way to get in and out of Spruce Meadows for any event.
