The race to avoid top four continues. Maybe just let Wolves go instead.

It would be hilarious to see Spurs not even make top 4.

Nasty injury to Odoi in the Fulham/Cardiff match. Face planted and knocked himself out cold. He was awake and had movement but is off to hospital. Not a good visual.

I can’t see the humour. Not a great performance this morning. I thought they played well for a good piece of the game and just didn’t finish. Of course that was a penalty on Son in the box, and I have no idea how it’s not called, but such is life. We’ll see what happens with Chelsea and United tomorrow.

Well you're talking about Liverpool 'bottling the league' while competing against City when Tottenham have left themselves wide open to being passed by Arsenal and Chelsea and as challengers for the Title at the beginning of the season could just as easily be playing in Europa next season.
Whats not funny about that?
Now if Arsenal could pass them and take a Top 4 spot leaving Spurs in 5th, that would just be fantastic.

Spurs are in third place, and have lost 12 times as many games as Liverpool this year. Maybe next year Liverpool and Man City should just play each other 38 times and let everyone else be.

I just find the concept of Liverpool 'bottling the league' to be naive. Sure, they absolutely let some chances slip through their fingers, but the competition for that top spot has never been tighter even though its only been between 2 teams and then we have to consider the comedy of errors going on for the last two Top 4 spots that nobody seems to want.

Well it's mostly disrespectful to Man City. If they win 14 straight to close the year out and take the title, that's pretty remarkable. Even with fewer points than last year you'd have to say this season was a greater win for them given how they had to do it.

You had a double digit cushion at New Years! If that’s not a bottle job, I have no idea what is. I know full well that if it was Tottenham in that spot you’d be all over them for that reason. It’s not naive. It’s Liverpool with almost no adversity giving up that lead and now battling to keep pace while they hope for a City slip-up.

And you were right to have no faith. What a catastrophic week for Arsenal. Everyone is choking top four, but not quite like Arsenal.

WTF Arsenal?
Is there some kind of curse on 2-3 that nobody wants or is the partying in Europa league supposed to epic next season?

Liverpool fans can't ask for more from that half, City looked very poor and not threatening at all. Burnley and their negative approach was always going to be more difficult than Spurs or United.

Burnley holding on so far. I'm sure City will be too much in the end, but there is still hope for now!

I can’t help it. They’re just a comedy of errors over there! I mean yeah, we lost to them and that sucks, but some of the things they do are just hilarious. A special program and ceremony for a carpet!

Looking like Liverpool's day, clear penalty missed against City.

Well that was ugly as sin but City find a way. Watching that match I couldn't help but think that in matches like this where they play a bus, City could actually benefit from having....Fellaini. They can get to the touch line so easily, but have no size in the box for crossing the ball. Elbows would probably feast in games like this.
