being a lions fan its a terrible pick but in his defence he's more then a blocking te. has legit catching ability and seam busting potential..

So did the Raiders manage to kick start their rebuild with those 3 first round picks? They kind of feel underwhelming. Reach for a DL, Alabama RB, and a smaller safety. Could be homeruns I suppose.

At least Rosen and Jones didn't go to USC. I'll tell you who I would never want anywhere near my football team. Any quarterback from USC. Why would anyone ever draft a quarterback from Sexy Alabama. Here's the list of quarterbacks to start for USC who have collected NFL paycheques since Carson Palmer went #1 to the Bengals.

Matt Leinart: Ass.
John David Booty: Literal Ass.
Mark Sanchez: Buttfumble!
Matt Barkley: Plays for the Bills, whose fans eat ass in the parking lot. Look it up.
Cody Kessler: Holds a clipboard for the Browns. Brown is the color of what comes out the ASS.
Sam Darnold: Has an Assface.

Whether it was a reach or not, schefter says the jets tried hard to trade out of 3 and couldnt, so I imagine same for raiders

In that case I'd rather trust in the GM with the scouting background taking his guy, than taking someone who went higher in a bunch of mock drafts

According to what I have read the Raiders weren't interested in Allen as he wasn't a good fit for their 4-3 defense. Ferrell wasn't a great value pick but he's a good fit for their edge rushing need. Jacobs and Abraham were both the consensus best players at their position so hard to complain about either pick.

loved that Steelers trade up to 10. Finally replacing Shazier was a huge priority and Bush should be a really good fit. Paying a 2nd and a 2020 3rd is not that bad either, since they still have #66 from the AB trade and should get a 2020 3rd compensatory pick for Bell.

Lol at Giants taking Jones at 6, especially with the Skins stealing Haskins at 15. Mayock obviously wanted to show he's the smart guy in the room ... and Tytus Howard at 23 seems like a really bad panic reach after Dillard went off the board.
